Tire granulators are another type of equipment used in rubber and tire recycling. These machines are used to further process the shredded tire pieces into smaller granules, typically between 5mm and 15mm in size. Granulators are more efficient than shredders in terms of output and can produce up to 3 tons of granulated rubber per hour.

Crumb rubber systems are designed to produce high-quality crumb rubber from shredded tires. These systems typically use a series of screens, magnets, and air classifiers to separate the different components of the shredded tire material. The resulting crumb rubber is of uniform size and quality, making it suitable for use in a wide range of applications.

In addition to the above equipment, other specialized machinery is used in the recycling process, including bead wire removers, sidewall cutters, and steel belt extractors. These machines are used to remove non-rubber components from the shredded tire material and ensure that the resulting rubber and tire products are of the highest quality.
